    Muay Thai is referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. We bridge the gap between striking styles and modify to suit the desired style.

  • Kids BJJ & Muay Thai

    “Bully Prep Your Kids.” Our Kids classes are led by our experienced and accredited instructors that teach Kids BJJ & Muay Thai Kickboxing classes in a fun and safe environment.
